To keep it all the way 100 I'm 30 and I'm fukking going insane. Gray hairs in my beard, hair on my shoulders and shyt lol shyt is crazy. I'm 27 and I live in the gym as far as lifting, don't drink alcohol and can pretty much eat whatever I want.

I'm fukking 5'6 130. lol I barely do any running either. I think if I played ball regularly and ran or hit the heavy bag regularly I probably could get down to 120.

I think everything else I've done right. Got my education, didn't get any chicks pregnant, didn't get arrested....it's just money wise I'm behind. I spent my 20s just fukking random chicks and I'm tired of it so I'll probably date more seriously as I enter my 30s.

I'm noticing a lot of people I went to school with are starting to get married and have kids........It feels so weird. I feel much younger than I am. Can't see that coming for years...

If you havent made a total disaster of your life in your 20s then your 30s should be aight. ALOT of people I came up with were very , producing kids, living crazy lifestyles, being complacent and had no direction in life. And this is while these cats were 18-25 years old.

Real talk. Being vigilant in your diet is everything these days. Good thing is that as a man, you can get p*ssy easier as long as you don't have kids or outstanding debt.
