You're asking if men need to know a basic survival skill?
This.

Cooking is literally knowing how to create sustenance for your body.

Nobody expects someone to be a tiktok creator but what if roads are blocked so no doordash? No sliding to the restaurant?

For people like athletes I do kinda give them a pass while in their primes as their lifestyle is hella regimented and they gotta chill when they can.

But once your active days are done, figure that ish out.

Cooking isn't even that complicated.
People act like it's some complicated magic spell or something. Some cooks do it to feel superior. Some non-cooks do it to excuse why they don't cook.

I cooked a good amount at some point - just watched some YouTube videos then did it. Then I got busy and forgot a lot of stuff. So no, I don't cook but I can pick basic cooking up quickly so I'm not even slightly insecure about it.

I can cook and cooking does not take much time to prep at all. Thats a lazy excuse imo. Unless you just too busy or work late night shifts, plenty of meals can be cooked under 30 minutes. Plus cooking is fukking easy to do. All you got to do is know how to read to read a recipe lol.

It doesn't matter. :yeshrug:

You can get food prepared how you want it from where you want it attuned to whatever dietary restrictions you have. There are more important things to do with your time than cooking just to say you did and food is expensive any way you cut it.

But no cooking well is not hard(imo) and I cook plenty for my family, friends, co workers. Often requested.

Cooking/Meal Prepping for the week opens up the rest of your day/week, depending on what you cook. It's also therapeutic and enhances your bond with your spouse and/or kids. Not to mention the amount of money you are saving over eating out.

I'm not focused on what rich people do, they can afford to eat out or pay for a chef. Your average man and woman should have an affinity for the kitchen, I can't imagine coming home and eating a tv dinner every night. That's what you do when you are young and struggling, grown folk need to be getting busy and eating relatively healthier.

Get in that kitchen
Yeah I feel you. I'm already in the kitchen.

The title said "If he got money" so i assumed like more well off people.

I mean obviously being able to cook for you is beneficial in more ways than one. But no, you don’t need to know how to cook if you can afford to have people do it for you. Food is food at the end of the day, don’t matter who’s making it.
