If not, it's easily one of the worst takes EVER on this site.

The irony is, Rock has/had the pedigree to be an all-time great action star; he has the physique, the charisma, he can sell fights. Dude just wants to make money I guess. Damn shame.

If he didn't latch himself to Fast Five he might've fell into Hulk Hogan levels of irrelevance as far as how his movie career fell off.

When it's all said and done Cena and Batista are gonna have better acting careers.

Dwayne Johnson is good at being Dwayne Johnson in a movie. Keanu Reeves is similarly stuck playing a "type," but he does have range. It will be interesting to see if he goes the Nic Cage route and just makes different weird shyt when he's older.

Of course, Nic does that because he needs the money.

Dwayne Johnson isn't that terrible. He's just become complacent. And as a result, he sticks to playing his "Rock" character in everything. Watch Southland Tales. He showed a little range in that. It's an okay movie too. It's really confusing, though.
