If that is the definition of rape culture that you're choosing, then it shouldn't come as a surprise that so many people question it's validity (myself included). Skepticism regarding allegations of rape is not "complacency", nor is it advocacy of sexual violence.
Exactly dudes coming with that weak stuff wondering why they are being questioned are cats saying the stuff they are kicking is bullshyt. Dudes lumping misogyny together with "rape culture" and seem confused when you call it out.

There are alot of SJW activist on thecoli.
Yep this is true all day

Yes in some areas there's this thing where folks want to give excuses for rape. Boys will be boys or wives can't get raped type of thing. That said, there is a danger of being hypersensitive about things, I've heard terms such as cyber rape or rape stare.

The problem I see in my opinion is that folks from BOTH sides have taken things to extremes. While we don't want to attack victims, we also don't want to make the accused guilty until proven innocent. While too many people have blamed victims, we also have had recent cases such as the Rolling Stone case where it doesn't pass the smell test.

There have been agendas on both sides and to be honest, they both scare the Hell out of me. When people start looking at things through a logical point of view, when people stop trying to promote agendas, things can get fixed.
