No they're not. They have tested these OBEs, with hidden objects on the other side of the room. And after the OBE no one them knew what the hidden objects were. It's a misfiring of the brains self perception.

Mine is the opposite, I have dreams about the future and they always come true, it's like deja vu, I forgot about the dream happening until it happens and I remember I had a dream about it, I don't have the clarity or time frame to call when, but I know it usually does happen

We know that memories are a physical phenomenon right. So how would you be able to transfer memories from your past life to now. Given that your previous "you" had long been worm food? How would your current brain have old brain memories?
