See above. Additionally, that could be due to any number of reasons not related to a soul such as variances associated with weight as the day progresses, among other factors. Not a right or wrong thing, however.

We know that memories are a physical phenomenon right. So how would you be able to transfer memories from your past life to now. Given that your previous "you" had long been worm food? How would your current brain have old brain memories?

I guess some of it transfers with your spirit, but for whatever reason you won't have a full memory of your previous life. Your feeling have a lot influence on your brain and the way you think. If you believe in ghost then you know that after a person dies their spirit either pass on to a new host or they spend the rest of eternity roaming around as a free spirit.

But we know memories are only in the brain, if the brain gets damaged so do your memories right. The "soul" is not physical so it can't store any information or memories even if it existed.
Souls and spirits don't exist. They are not physical or energy or or we would have detected them.
