This whole bullshyt narrative took off with the Reagan administration and he hired a private firm(Grace Commission) to pretty much audit and streamline government spending. At the end of Reagan's term, the national debt had tripled... Now riddle me this, where will all this money go that Elon frees up from inefficient/fraudulent government spending..... The example you gave is bullshyt and accounts for .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 percent of government spending at the most.... and that's even if it's wasteful to begin with.....

yes, that kind of cutting means someone has to address the fact that social security is a ponzi scheme, and medicare is not sustainable
