Those are two of many sites/apps that will allow you to buy Dogecoin. Make an account, you’ll need to link a bank account to it and search for DOGE. Do a transfer of money from your bank account to the app and buy.
Do research into Dogecoin before you buy and only spend what you can afford to lose. I have a lot of Dogecoin but only because it’s very cheap and you never know what tomorrow can bring. But even with that I only bought what I was ok with losing. Also don’t expect this crypto to be as big or near to what Bitcoin is currently.
