I haven’t been in the gym for a few years. Here are my workouts:
Jump Rope 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
3-4 mile walk everyday day if I don’t jump rope to compensate.
At least 100 burpees spread through out the day (Ideally 50 in the morning and then 50 in the evening).
A cross between push ups and dips (I get three chairs, two for both hands and one for my feet). At least 100-200 spread throughout the day.
I try to mix it up throughout the month so I don’t get bored. Before the lockdown, I played soccer with some colleagues once a week. Damn I miss that. I was in peak shape.
