My Pops Forever RIP
This isn't as bad as some of y'all saying, but Dom has no energy behind his bars anymore. I don't know whose in his circle who hasn't told him that but that's all he's missing.

That monotonous tone of voice is what's throwing people off.
He makes Earl Sweatshirt sound like Tekashi69

checking this now

the production sounds solid :ehh:

but something still sounds off about dom :patrice:

lyrically its straight, but the delivery is just lacking something, its just slightly off:lupe:

i cant call it, but ima finish out this project

whatever dom ot goin on (if anything) i hope he can make it past it :mjcry:

or figure out how to adapt and update his flow as needed

overall tho, i dont have no issues with it, other than just that slight twinge that gets me cuz he sounds slightly diff

honestly it could be as simple as getting a different engineer to mix it down

this joint made me go back and play 'By Dom Kennedy'

so far its not as bad as i remember, and he still sounds like the energy is there

but i'm hesitant to re-spin LA is not for sale :mjcry:

i even been goin back thru to check interviews and release dates and shyt to see if dom disappeared from general view for a good period of time, but it doesn't look like he has

i feel like maybe he just lost a step naturally with the flow somehow, maybe its like anything else, if you dont sharpen the iron continuously, it becomes dull

and i dont see dom like doing 40-50 songs per album and then keeping the best 10

but who knows
