I'm from NY, I still have high expectations for MC's here. Every other year, we get someone that starts making noise, but they always sound like every other dude we know that raps on the block. They pop for a few months, and vanish. I root for dudes, but I haven't heard anything special in years. And this is NY, that's sad.

Don is the nicest MC lyrically out NY since probably Lloyd Banks. Industry nikkas ain't fukking with Don he already bodied Meek. Nobody is talking that street rags to riches shyt better than Don right now. He rhymes as good as the greats before him.

Don's flow is so effortless.

He's like a hybrid between old and new school.

Raps over these dope as new style beats with that sort of choppy flow, but does it clear and non mumbly with dope ass lyrics.

Somebody put the machine behind him and lito and NY will be bike.

His flow over the more soulful beats is butter. less so the trap. That track with Dave east made me feel really nostalgic, I'll be listening to that a lot
