Policing isnt going to fix the issue honestly. Its very difficult to stop a murder before the fact the police usually dont come in until after. This is a community issue in chicago people in that city are clearly hopeless.

Within 5 minutes of reading this post i opened up chicago security jobs - craigslist and i see all sorts of jobs of available, i could have a job down there next week if i so pleased.
