You got your state issued ID or driver license with your social security card. If this your first time donating, you’ll have to wait for 3 hours to take a physical. Just fill these forms out and sit in the waiting area then she points to the waiting area. I looked over there it looked like pure depression over there. It was all dark and gloomy. shyt was filled with junkies. I was like I’m good I’ll just keep looking for a blood donor place.
