As to Hussein, keep in mind none of the Outlaws made serious bank like that. I mean he was basically dropping mixtapes and the like but it was all small time local stuff. Plus if you die at such a young age, it's tough to get so much money on such short notice. The average funeral cost 7k at minuimum so I suppose they are asking for some help, the Outlaws have tens of thousands of fans. So what's that a dollar each? I'm donating a few dollars to the cause.

Who's saying you have to though? Is merely an option for anybody who WANTS to. It doesn't effect you since you're not donating, so you can decide to use your money on whatever you want, obviously some others want to donate, no-one's been forced to.

It's not just cause they were famous at all, lots of famous people die all the time, it's about supporting somebody/a movement/crew that meant something to you. Some people willingly want to donate, I don't think it's anybody else's business really if people want to. I've donated to people who are completely unknown too, it's about the respect, appreciation or love you have for someone not the fame.
