What u think happens if u have a child with ur wife and she has a good career:jbhmm:

She probably puts her family (which includes me, since we're married and all that) first and not just her child, seeing as to how I helped her make our hypothetical son/daughter and prior to that, we've established that bond and care/willing to sacrifice for each other. Then again, that's how I'd go about it. If I were a single father and some childless woman decided to date me, great, but at the end of the day, unless I drop down to that one knee, the ONLY PERSON everything stops for is my child, as that person depends on me for protection and survival.

Guys I'm giving you this advice.
Don't get in a relationship with a single mother unless she has a good career.

I'm talking $17 and up an hour...
Anything less than that keep it moving

Because you will at some point be financially burdened.

I just stopped talking to this chick I've known for YEARS because I couldn't deal with the asking for cash. I realized the situation was only going to get worse as her kids got older and she had to spend more money on them.

Guys don't do it to yourself...

you shouldnt get in a relationship with ANY woman unless they have a good character .... ..:what:

For sure. But the difference is that in a marriage, I'd wager that it's pretty likely for both sides to put the child as a priority in terms of providing and so on. Besides, married/committed people would be short-sighted to expect things to stay the same when a child comes into the picture.

That's not the case for dating a single parent. The childless one might prioritize the spouse (as the child isn't his or hers), but the parent will prioritize the child. See the conflict?

Women will prioritize the child more in both situations. So if you chose to have a child or deal with a woman with a child it will be the same. I see that your saying it will be easier for some because it is there child but the circumstances are still the same. If you spend enough time around a child you will feel that attachment. Just like if your friend has a child thats is not yours that your not related to. Spending time with that child will create attachment that will make them a priority in you life as well even if they are not yours biologically.
