Both he and KD are flawed. KD a hoe, but Sabo is too Alpha.

No such thing as to alpha lol.. don't let misplaced aggression fool you

MJ is the epitome of alpha and he was one of the smartest basketball players I've ever seen

Russ is fukking dense

Shot selection

Dominates the ball

Mismanages the clock

Feel sorry for him? This is the situation he WANTS.

He had the second best player in the league on his team with him and was reluctant to give him the ball when it mattered. They went up 3-1 with a chance to make the Finals by playing team ball yet somehow these jokers decided it would be better going back to hero ball and lost the series. He's clearly enjoying chasing these triple doubles.

Nah, I don't feel sorry for him. He said been on a legitimate contending team for at least five years of his career. They just didn't get it done when they had the chance.

Plus Russ just resigned when he was about to be a free agent and could choose his destination.

I felt sorry for KG for most of his career. I could see feeling sorry for LeBron in Cleveland the first time. Russ not so much.

Are you honestly blaming Russ for blowing that 3-1 lead because it was easily a tag team effort betweem him and KD

This is the situation all y'all wanted all along though.

Y'all wanted Westbrook to have his own squad and act a fool more than y'all wanted to keep every good player they had on OKC together simply because y'all knew deep down this scenario was much more realistic.

Besides, are y'all really hoping and praying he's a Celtic?

I agree but the thread is about Westbrook so I was only talking about his part. He and Durant played team ball and were blowing GSW out. Went back to the hero ball ISO shyt and lost three straight. And didn't even realize it as it was happening.

Why should you feel sorry for him? Thunder are having a pretty good year solely becuz of him. A lot of people didn't think they were a playoff team. This is only year one

Norfeast groovin…
Russ just gotta leave when he's a FA again. If the thunders can't make moves to improve the team this offseason they need to look to trade him and get something for him at least. Though I prefer he just leave outright as a free agent.

It's on him though. He gotta leave.

He definitely has a tragic hero vibe going on right now.

After being blindsided by his teammate who joined the enemy he's had to do everything in his power to drag a young and inexperienced team to the playoffs. It's resulted in incredible performances but you can tell the strain has started to take it's toll on him. The things that make him great are also the very things that might bring about his downfall, and while he's not without fault for the situation he's in now his desire to stick it out with this Thunder squad is both heroic and tragic at the same time

He didn't have to sign the contract breh
