I take 200mg before each workout... shyt just gives you that little edge without plugging you into a wall

I know they do different things but creatine is supposed to give you this little edge and energy in the gym... I never felt that. Caffeine works for everybody tho. The 200mg pills are what I take, shyt is supposed to be about what you get in a cup of coffee. Just make sure to deload every now and then so you don't build a dependency.
