I have heard this many times mainly from other girls. When a guy texts you, don't text him back right away. He will want you more if you give him a while before you text back.

Guys, is this true? If you really like a girl would this even matter?

There shouldn't be a hard and fast rule for it. When you are out of High School, you are less likely to ponder over the woman

and more likely to mentally cancel her contract. Then again, I used to do similar shyt and not open a message or accept a phone call

Just another part of the inconsiderate, insensitive, manipulative tactics men and women both use to their advantage, from time to time, and I am no exception, but I really make every effort to just be straight forward, if my phone rings I pick up, if I get a text I return it within a reasonable time period, 9/10…let people play their games….be above that shyt is my approach. But analyzing or obsessing over the time stamps on text messages isn't really a healthy approach to anything, be aware of peoples behavior, don't get wrapped up in it though.

It depends. When I was younger (like H.S.) I might chase a girl and then when I actually get her it's like and I move on but not anymore.
