It is fact. Hillary won the popular vote. So the problem wasn’t simply not voting. The issue is not voting local.

What you showed me was nothing because I didn’t mention anything about a system without an electoral college.

:mjlol: again. you repeated a common talking point "hillary won the popular vote!" which is something everybody says until it's explained to them how our system works

i'm not about to believe that you or anybody who fully understands how the electoral college system works goes around saying "__ won the popular vote though!!" it's a laypersons argument.

get your last word in though, i can't keep wasting my time on this...your welcome for this free lesson though :umad:

i dont think there is much you can do when your county is overwhelming democrat but your state trumps it with republican votes. my vote wouldnt mean much either way. electoral college yall, making more and more abstainers one day at a time.

I said that she won the popular vote to show that it’s the electoral college that controls things and not just the voters as this thread implies. That’s why I said to vote local. If you read my post and used your brain you would of seen that.

You wrongly assumed that I didn’t know what the electoral college is about and tried to school me on shyt that I already know because you are stupid.

Do me a favor and turn on your brain before you try to correct me. :gucci:

Well for one, you don't just vote for president so voting in non-swing states could stymie Trump's path of destruction by way of Congress and governerships.

To those that (understandably) weren't content with Hillary, nothing stops you from going to the polls, voting locally, then letting your voice be heard by writing in Bernie or Black Jesus for a protest vote

Nah, I think some people just can't be bothered to take an hour out of their lives every couple of years to vote for their interests. Then, realizing how stupid they look, come up with a reason why they didn't after the fact.

This is a great time to remind everybody that asians are #novotegang
Why Asian Americans Don't Vote

and they make more money than all of us (yes, even white people)
UGA report: Asian-Americans see the biggest gains in buying power - UGA Today

voting is like voluntarily putting on slave chains and fixing you a cup of coffee before clocking into the cotton fields.

if you vote, cool. but it's not the end all be all like we've been indoctrinated to believe. :camby:
Actually Asians do vote. They vote locally (as I suggested we should do in my first post) to get what they want.

In fact they got rid of affirmative action in California via Prop 209 by voting which hit our people there.

A good example of what voting locally can do.

I like how in everyone of these threads or in the streets, the "we lost because you didn't vote" crowd never mention that the bytch actually got the most votes and still lost. So y'all actually won in votes but the system proved to y'all that it don't give af and y'all still blame people for not voting
Not only that, but Hillary lost in 2016 for the same reason she lost the primary to Obama. SHE seems to be the only one who doesn't understand the electoral college. She completely skipped over campaigning in some very important swing states BOTH times. Why would I vote for a politician who knows less about the shyt than I do? :coffee:
