No they didn’t, Panic Button ported it to the swtich, the same studio who ported Forza Horizon 5 to PS5, which is a great port that runs exceptionally on the Pro

if you watch teh DF video you can clearly see how badly this game is running on everything but the series x which is unusual. It seems like they had X as the target platform and put little work into the other ones, even the series s.

Devs are lazy/incompetent unless the make my favorite system sing.

This is what happens when you make ray tracing part of your engine. If you don't have an RTX card you literally can't play the game with decent performance.
