Not really....he didn't really matter until recent years and there are more careers with more content to it. Macho is too low...Heenan isn't nowhere near high enough. He was the essential heel announcer and personality.

Paul Ellering really should have been on this list, especially in that spot Steph has. .. and I agree with Dusty, he shoulda been maybe 3 IMO, his hard times promo still holds up to this day and it can be put up against any single promo you wanna throw up
