I bought all my cars from the dealership bought my audi from Audi San Francisco and bought my lexus from Lexus of Concord if you want to be exact and the lexus is new 2017 ES350, had 20 miles on it 1st owner you sure you not confusing me for another poster

I've never came at you about cars so when I do then you'd have more right to talk about posting a car. I said your view about sharing parts is stupid and that would be the case regardless of what I drive. I don't have ttake pictures to prove to you anything. You can use that as your crutch all day. the seating adjustment is limited so if your tall or long legged it sucks, it gets uncomfortable very fast. the ride is very raw...even in the city. road noise....very loud. but keep in mind this is an army vehicle turned civilian vehicle...its not really a lapse of luxury no matter how much MB inflates the price or throws in 'fancy' things.
its a still a nice truck though...sick for offroading...bullet proof...its literally a tank.

Because the Wrangler is a mass market vehicle and the GWagen is not. And they never wanted it to be mass market either. That's why the U.S. has never seen the G350 or the 2 door convertible or the other versions that Europe has.
It was largely a side project for Mercedes that they've tried to kill a bunch of times. The GL (now GLS) was supposed to be it's replacement but Mercedes buyers protested. So they kept it around.
Now that the $100k+ SUV market is heating up Mercedes changed it's mind. It's actually planning to launch an all new version with a wider chassis and newer suspension. So you don't have to worry about toppling the G63 or G65 on corners anymore lol. This will be the biggest change to the SUV since it was created in the 70s.
