shoulda sold it last week when it almost hit $60 a share.
i'ma just sit back and let the market crash before i start buying shyt up again.

He probably shorted stocks, or bought some reverse index ETFs like VIX or VXX, when the market is down they go the opposite direction. Not sure about Gold or precise metals, but I think people also tend to invest in those too when the market is doing bad.
You could also buy Option contracts. Buy Calls if you think the stock price will go up, and Puts if you think it will go down.
THE MARKET HAS BEEN TRENDING UP FOR 30 YEARS. THEY'RE HAS ONLY BEEN A DECLINE FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR ONCE. AND THAT WAS BECAUSE OF 9/11.
