Boyce is above this.. Umar is immature and lives for fukkery and internet drama so I don't expect much from him but Boyce seems to be a really level headed guy.
Sidenote...why Boyce front like's in a full suit on all these videos?

Which demise could have been from poor business planning. Although it's difficult for any black business in the Racist United States no matter the year time or century.
But these two intellectual giants can't have a meeting of the minds behind closed doors
Umar knows some things about our history which I appreciate although I don't subscribe to all his philosophies or views.
But more has been accomplished before for our communities with a lot less? So

The Black Starline was one among many businesses which the UNIA originated, such as the Universal Printing House, Negro Factories Corporation, and the widely distributed and highly successful Negro World weekly newspaper.
Nah was no intended dis. What Umar is doing is nothing compared to what Garvey accomplished also mindful of the time it was back then owning anything property let alon starting a business.
But from what I can remember. What played a role in the business not being able to flourish was having a farsighted business plan. Garvey was highly inteligent. And I'm not trying to play down what he did because it was truly more intailed than what I'm aware of. But a lot of times we think if we build it they will come. That AA will support any AA business venture. And it just doesn't always happen that way for many reasons. I don't blame each and everyone of is personally because I understand to a degree the mechanism or machine behind the agenda to be distrustful of one another. For instance in the video as the young lady speaks asking no hardball but just good business questions and I just wonder does she ask those same questions when placing her money in white hands at the local bank?or buying any product or service knowing full well that dollar won't be reciprocated in the AA community
I don't know she might. I just know a lot of people will give a brother the third degree but hand over their life savings to a cac no questions asked
But that doesn't excuse Umars antics our community is so bad that any sense of something positive with a message we are willing to throw money towards it to make it better.
But that's an American a capitalist way of thinking. It's going to take work and unity which can be done for free.
Umar has wild ideas, and I can't see how anyone would give him money.
But Boyce Watkins doesn't hesitate to go at black men like somehow he is the one to judge. He would be perfect for Fox news.
So Umar is a fool most of the time, but I don't mess with old heads like Boyce Watkins who always has something to say, Boyce is a dime a dozen. The old heads are worthless to the black community.
This video by Boyce was disgusting. Picture me cosigning anyone tearing down another black man who is making an effort.
