Theyre not the Beverly Hills type either...I just said that in my other post, they are simply the people who can't afford the inner bay and want more bang for their buck, the walnut creek area folks are more like the Beverly Hills folks. Anyway, it ain't that deep, Brentwood is a typical tract home suburb on the edge of a metropolitan area. That shyt is wack, 20 more miles and you're fukking in Stockton.

How many of those have dual/multiple incomes as opposed to single earners? I've been up and thru Brentwood, like i said, ain't shyt but a last stop to no where suburb. Lastly, what is the size of the house? If you're paying the same amount and getting more, the value of the home is not the same. As i said, you move to Brentwood for the McMansion lifestyle. Start throwing out numbers not knowing whats behind them brehs...and don't come at me, you may be mr nightlife, but I invest in real estate.


And I'm seeing 96k as the median income in Beverly Hills so.....

Edit: just saw an article saying BH had an average income of 193k....so use the first number you can to make a point brehs
