It’s funny how that’s always been forgotten about. I think he was on a work release program but still

He did a few months in jail in addition to work release or house arrest. Funny thing is it led to putting a studio in his house, which ultimately led him to no longer want to deal with the DR fukkery and decided to leave less than a year later.

According to Dre and Suge, around '95 Dre was already halfway out the door at Death Row. So he wasn't going to be dropping any more work under that umbrella. That definitely would've been dope around that time though.

Kurupt said Dre had changed his number and was hard to reach by the time Dogg Food dropped. So it seems like after Dre mixed that album, he was ready to be up outta there.

How much did Johnson and Johnson give J-Flexx to make sure we got lines like

"Popped like a pimple, call me Clearasil"

"I'm super minty fresh, call me Colgate" (:troll:)

yeah J Flexx was on one when he wrote this:mjgrin:

"Your rhymes sound like you bought 'em at Stop 'n Go
Dre came to wax you so, just call me Mop and Glo"

"Your chances of jacking me are slim, G
'Cause I rock from summer 'till Santa comes down the chimney"

Probably the GOAT DRe ghost writer
Dude went straight to working at an Ice cream shop. :dead:

Every morning when James Anderson walked down Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, he heard songs he helped write for Death Row Records blasting out of car windows. Instead of going on to bask in his success, though, he was on his way to work: scooping ice cream at Thrifty's. Something had gone wrong with his dream.

Is this an official promo?

It’s so strange how associated with weed Dre was. Did he even ever smoke weed at all?

Has anyone seen footage of him smoking It?
