Dr Dre's last solid run was finished by 2005 :

Dr. Dre had a bunch of great runs since then. It's just no one ever heard the music. :deadrose:
Not no-one. I will say that some of it is incredible stuff, some of it is very obviously his camp, but writing wise he has been writing his own stuff. But a lot of his affiliates have written stuff as well. Xzibit for example.

I know this obviously when I say no one I'm talking about fans. :beli:

It’s Eminem’s best produced album
Relapse has amazing beats. At the time it was great but after a few listens the Eminem accent stuff is grating. The 05-10 era is when Dre gave away most of his Detox beats to everyone and anyone which is a big shame.

Dre ain’t made a beat since the 80s, never wrote a rap in his life.

That’s when it ended.

I’m still trying to figure out how we buried Ike Turner forever off one movie, but Dre can headline Superbowls with him being a well documented serial woman beater, at the height of the so called #MeToo era.

Neither has Pusha T huh it's 2026 and you still Silky Johnson huh?

Sorry, I had planned to end this with a quote from an ex-Obsidian Order member but forgot :francis: It's a shame he has no confidence in what he's been doing.

BASHIR: Out of all the music you made, which tracks were good and which ones weren't?
GARAK: My dear Doctor, they're all good.
BASHIR: Even the bad?
GARAK: Especially the bad.

A LOT of Dre fans get mad when he doesn't release 2001 sounding tracks again beacuse they're stuck in '99. And the ones they don't like are instantly labelled bad because they can't accept he tries new things which are better than 95% of stuff out there.

Nobody else think it's crazy none of the dudes who supposedly made the NWA albums, The Chronic, Doggystyle and 2001 could make anything close to them albums without Dre? :jbhmm:

Why is that?

They all made great music without Dre. He brings that work ethic and focus to stuff. Call it a group effort, he brings the best out in people and they do the same with him. I do wish he would switch up the current team though as I think creatively exhaustion has set in.

I’ve come to grips with Terrence rapping like a kingpin from my area, in my real life status as a certified 4 and a baby, middle man, never broke shyt down, hustler, even though I know for a fact that he never sold a gram on his own before his record deal.

It’s time for you guys to do the same.

My wife is one of them nikkas that wanted to let the kids know Santa wasn’t real off top, that we bought all the presents, and I was always the type to let the magic live for the greater good.

This isn’t one of those cases.

Your hero is a certified herb with a cool older brother.

Yall nikka still remember real life info I gave you on this nikka like I was hating.

What I said in real time, since yall remember everything else is, when the Clipse first first came out I was at the peak of my little hustling career, certified hip hop head, and Clipse coming out was like manna from heaven to a proud Virginia nikka like me.

It wasn’t until I started talking to my Norfolk plugs, certified nikkas that controlled dope on the Southside forever, the exact same blocks from this video (plus my nikka Pooh (SIP) from out Ol Huntersville), years before it was made…

Side note: (Anybody that really wanna find Aaron Hall, know good and got damn well he blasted on one of these back blocks right now)

and they all said we have no idea who these nikkas are, that I started falling off from being a mega fan.

After the 5th/6th time of nikkas confirming they’re just talented VA Beach good boys, the mystique wore off completely.

Way before I ever posted on an internet message board.

I tried to put you nikkas up on insider info, I can’t help how you processed that through your own lens.
