how can a mask protect OTHERS from covid but not you? If the masks of others can stop them getting your microscopic viruses, why wouldn't your mask protect you from those same viruses floating around in the air? Do masks only activate their magical powers for others but not you?

Just like the virus is contagious and deadly in a gym, pub or salon but somehow Walmart and Costco are it's kryptonite. The virus is airborne and will do what it can. Masks and lockdowns won't stop it.

why? why would wearing a mask become part of everyday life? Once these mandates end, why would anyone continue wearing them? You think people enjoy their breathing being restricted? You think people enjoy not seeing other people's faces?

Did you not see the reports? Flu cases apparently fell by over 90% this year (according to the Center for Disease Control) as covid cases and deaths had their sudden resurgence during the winter.

i had both covid and the cold this past year. Again, u dont get immune to other viruses cuz of covid

Covid is airborne. Regular non 95 masks do not prevent u from airborne viruses. U gonna continue to argue with someone who works in this field or just be trolling?

That's what we've been saying. But how many folks are wearing N95 masks. I've been looking for over a year and kind find them anywhere. Most folks are wearing the surgical mask and if not cheap version of it and if not that than a piece of cloth which does nothing.

Scientists do this thing where they change their views as more information becomes available.

Except that when you are going out there making definitive statements about a virus, and changing your opinion every few months, it shows a lack of credibility. You can't play the "Oh, we are just learning more and more about it!" card when he's been wrong more times than not.

These "scientists" must be clueless then if you can go from "not needing a mask" to "absolutely needing a mask" in a matter of weeks.

That is irrelevant to the fact the CDC (allegedly the highest source for medical information in America) published a report saying flu cases fell by 90% this winter just as covid cases were allegedly ravaging the country.

You might have gotten the cold this year. But according to authorities it more or less disappeared in 2020-21 as covid took over flu season.
