Doing a quick LinkedIn search at Fox Soul, I'm surprised that the GM, several VPs and most of the senior producers seem to be black men. Why would these weirdos give Cynthia G a platform?

Do you think the VPs of the company are the ones that select people for TV interviews? A casting director at best does that.

I see your point but disagree. It's both. At the end of the day, there are black men and women who treat whites better than blacks. As for the text in bold, that is propaganda people unfortunately started believing. That crap has been fueled for years on social media. Just about everyone other than blacks are profiting from it and I also mean from a financial standpoint. It's a game at our expense.

No. But you've got all these black men working there in senior roles, and other black men working in other capacities, and a character like Cynthia G getting airtime (twice) didn't raise eyebrows with any of them? Even if none of the senior guys had any involvement in the production of this show, people talk. No one cared that someone like that was being given a platform?
