A couple years ago I pulled his permit info online to see what was going on. All of this is public record in Delaware….

I haven’t checked since then but IF he’s making moves on his fire alarm, sprinkler and hvac he could potentially open this thing early next year. Those permits are public record…

I dunno tho. That ceiling looks a little empty to me.

If its taking years to raise money for repairs, how is he gonna open a school and pay salaries of a full staff of teachers, groundskeepers, principal, asst principal, repairs/maintenance etc.

He owes over 100k, he loves pawgs, he aint got a masters, he can't collect donations, he an absent father, he this and that......y'all do everything to discredit the man and not give him his props.

He got those buildings for 700k...thats major and he still working on making the school happen after all these years.

So his criminal minded behavior is okay, why? Lord Jamar tried to help him and he yelled and screamed and didnt want help. He is doing this solely to live off donations. Why hasnt he paid the taxes? Why hasnt he fixed the hvac? This video is months old too. He's not even talking about the school now. He's all about his block party.

He has been talking about a school for 10 years. People have built schools for less money and in less time



He didnt pay anywhere near 700k for the buildings. He paid over 400k and the sites are actually a health hazard according to the epa because they are brownfields and shpuld be torn down.
