Brownfield program deals with soil contamination and revitalization, nothing to do with air quality. The kind of easily refutable lie literally only works with Black people(which is why we need a school). So, no that’s not true.

The site was previously occupied by The Moyer School (charter) since 2006, 17 years ago.

I’ll concede that I didn’t know 32 years ago a dormant tank was safely removed from one building with appropriate records and procedures but your own excerpt plainly states that there is no evidence of contamination, which was your entire argument.. The area-wide-plan you’re referencing is a city-government initiative with a grant, so again- the EPA has never recommended razing or deemed the site a catalyst.
