Well, someone is responsibleUmar putting the fault of his failure to open the school on black contractors is disgraceful as fukk
Basically he is saying that all of the black contractors in the Philly/Delaware area are scammers because they will not work for free

Boys n girls club was supposed to been had that school but Umar swooped in and got the property in 2016 n been squatting on it ever since after he did the adverse possession process
The school was never opening because it and everything around it is contaminated
The boys club was goin to get the property and go thru the brownfield project demolish the building and do whatever that’s needed and expand the property with baseball fields and parking lot
But they couldn’t do anything Kuz of umar
Umar could have gotten grants to fix the school and everything around it a long time ago Wilmington has everything set up for it
But it didn’t sit right with the co.

Don’t be suprised if a school pop up in Ghana.. it’s way easier to do everything there nikkas open schools in Africa all the time
