honestly, why not just run a fukking summer school. Have high school and college aged black kids Tudor kids. You can rent out university spaces to run summer camps and summer schools.

Your right. He wouldn't need 9 years to do one either. Gives him an opportunity to learn how to navigate around the things he's dealing with while also building up a core of kids that might want to go to his school.
