Youre talking about hypotheticals and implied damages that didnt happen within that hypothetical. The point is the NBA didnt suspend him. There is nothing youre saying that changes that.
The nba didn’t suspend dray after punching poole. Because it was handled in house. If the nets didn’t the nba would stepped in because of backlash.
The NBA didnt suspend Draymond because they had no intention to. The Warriors didnt even suspend him. By your logic, the NBA would have suspended him if the Warriors did anything less than. You are not realizing the autonomy owners have with their teams.
