I've only heard about him try to purchase St Paul College for an asking price of 4 mil. I also heard of a potential location in Africa if St Paul falls thru. So please enlighten me about Tennesee, Louisiana, and Rochester. Really. Like I said I'm not a follower of his on social media or a frequent visitor to the locker room. I assume he's raised enough funds to do what he plans to do at 1 of these locations? Cuz if not....

If someone is asking for donations for a school building to be purchased so they could run the school have they see fit, why the fukk would the location change up to FOUR + times? Shouldn't they have at least one possible prospect in regards to property at this point?

The donations that he's been asking for cover a lot more than just a building. For one he's looking to create a campus environment, with students and faculty living on the grounds. That costs money. He's trying to instill a curriculum that I've never heard any school having before including aviation, entrepeneurship, etc. That cost money. The material to teach said courses. The PROPER QUALIFIED instructors to teach said curriculum. They aint gonna come cheap. There are costs to maintain said campus the way he wants to see his vision come to life. Plumbing, electricity, repairs, renovations. All require money. But but all he gotta do is just buy a building like my friend did. That's your friends vision. Not his. The problem is this microwave society we live in. Everybody wanna see instant gratification on their investment. Darren Wilson became a millionaire on gofundme (allegedly for his legal defense) yet never went to trial. Are white ppl clamoring for their $ back and claiming they got hustled?

So tell me where's the scam? What did he get caught doing with the donation money?

From what I've read, Marcus garvey had a HUGE ego and wouldn't adhere to business advise either. Little known fact, it was a period of time where some blacks were so turned off by garvey business practices and failed endeavors, they burned some of his properties down! But the difference with a garvey, is that he was doing the best he could with what he had, but same as we do today, everybody was so ready to call him a scam artist, add in the cia infiltration and the agents within his organization and now the unia is gone and what could have been for our community is gone.

Compare that to a guy like Donald Trump who has made even more mistakes in business than garvey ever has, yet always granted the opportunity to try again and now this fool running for president. His community didn't run and call him a scam artist and burn all his properties down. He was given the chance to develop and grow. We don't give our leaders that opportunity. The margin for error is small for black folks who have no hope and no fight in them.
