Meek didn't release the reference track for RICO which is the most important reference, Flex planned to drop it on his show but couldn't because he was hit with a cease and desist, it will eventually surface though.

And Meek is getting roasted because Drake is the more popular person, it's as simple as that, this is more of a popularity contest than an actual battle, Drake would still "win" had he not dropped any diss tracks.

Nah, i'm not being a contrarian. I didn't even mean to single you out. It's just your post was the first one I saw when I hopped back in the thread and it stuck out to me as a perfect example of the overreaction I was talking about. If you know that this diss is only one that could get attention in this type of atmosphere and has limited lifespan, then did it really warrant the smilies? None of that stuff you mentioned is going to damage him, unless Drake's corporate handlers try to blackball Meek for the ghostwriting exposal.

Bruh, ALL DISSES have limited lifespans. People might revisit them to reminisce but that's about it. So the idea that this diss is weak because people won't be talking about it a year from now is silly... and not even legit, anyway. People will be talking about this shyt for years to come. And battles aren't about "doing damage". Did Nas or Jay "damage" each other? Did Gucci or Jeezy "damage" each other?
