Openly speculating or even asserting an opinion about someone based on their character or questionable behavior is not defamatory.
That Drake could have "expected the Epstein angle" or even tell Kendrick to talk about the young girls because he heard about it on the internet undercuts his own case for defamation, as it demonstrates speculation about Drake's questionable activities with youngins was already in the public sphere. Hell Drake name dropped Millie Bobby Brown in a song when Kendrick never mentioned her in any of his songs. So the speculation isn't made up out of thin air and it's certainly not something Drake or anyone else can prove Kendrick doesn't actually believe.
