Yeah I remember your posts from early on, isn't defemation, especially in a battle like this damn near impossible to prove.

Very hard to prove defamation against a public figure. And he wasn’t even filing the suit against Kendrick. His argument was that they knew it was false and that they promoted it so they enabled the defamation. Their stance was that they promoted some shyt from both sides that was just a salacious battle that was not meant to be taken literally and to the extent that it was, it was because Drake did some shyt that made Kendrick’s disses more credible. His entire hope was that they would settle to save face amid public pressure but they were under no pressure.
