He can appeal. The courts and attorneys will gladly accept his money but nothing will come of it.

I don't think Drake has the grounds to appeal, and I'm not doing homework on his case.
If there weren't any errors that decided the case being dismissed, he can appeal but it won't be accepted after review.
To me that means he cannot appeal. I don't think anybody except Drake made a mistake with this case.

Lemme correct myself. He can appeal, but his appeal can get thrown out if no errors are found in the lower court's decision.

One move I feel Drake could have did to accelerate people moving on from the beef was to drop Her Loss II, with Savage (and a Metro Boomin track). I think as long as the tape was hard. People (or at least his fanbase) would be on they "back to our regular scheduled programming"....That was what I originally thought. But then I thought knowing the internet people would probably meme the album title and call it His Loss, or His L pt.ll (these are not capital i's btw). Making the meme bigger than the music, thus another L.

As someone who has Drake in their top 5 of all time, I said what he did post the beef was worse than actually losing it.

Instead of dropping the best music possible and or moving on he picked the worse option.

There was actually fans thinking this lawsuit was gonna change the public perception. This is all on Drake. He couldn’t take his L and move on.
