I told cats months ago to completely disregard anything that dumb ass Twitter account said:

OVO Docket is an overzealous Drake stan with no actual legal knowledge.

If you really want to know what's going on read the court transcripts from June.

Long story short, the judge was

that Drake would cry defamation in the middle of a rap battle while releasing a song like "Family Matters" which, by Drake's logic, is equally defamatory.

Drake's lawyer was basically

"I dunno lol" when asked to explain this.
