There can't be two primes. Prime is a superlative, it means being in THE MOST FLOURISHING STAGE OR STATE. Meaning, while LL went through a comeback, his prime would considered the entire length of time. If LL came out with a multiplatinum album right now, would you say he's in another prime?

There's no argument that Jay-Z's prime pretty much ended when he retired after the black album.
