Can we stay away from 'What If Land' in this one? You don't know if he would have been hot or not. Jay-z is also a better rapper than those two people but he's not better in your book since you are moving around criteria and goal posts :pachaha:

Did you know everyone played second fiddle to Eminem? What does that have to do with DRAKE? At no point was Ja Rule and Nelly 'better' than Jay-z. Kanye neither.

Jay-z's first 3 albums are better than Drake's first 3 albums. He's a bigger name than Drake right now and a certified legend with TWO classic albums. A lot of people are not still playing Drake albums but people still till this day play songs off albums that came out 15-20 years ago.

I'm not moving goalposts bruh....

You said you wanted to compare Jay's first 3 albums with Drake's first 3 albums. Right? The reason I think you want to do that is because....you know...Reasonable Doubt is a critically acclaimed hip hop album and Drake has no album that's revered like that. I'M saying I can play this game too because there are areas Drake excelled at and Jay came up short

Drake has 17 #1 records. His first three albums went platinum, 500k or more first week. He's the undisputed top dog of his era. He came out the gate red hot like Biggie/DMX/Nelly/Snoop Dogg.......do you even understand how hard it is to have 17 #1 records and you're only 26 years old? After 20 years, Jay-Z only has two

The Nelly and Ja Rule thing....negro please :russ: Nelly sold 9 million records in 2000 and another 6.5 million records in 2002. He was hotter than fish grease. Ja Rule sold 6 million records that same year and radio tortured us with so many Ja Rule songs that the entire world turned on him in 2003. Point me to this time period where Jay-Z was running the rap industry and I'll call you a liar.

Magna Carter - 1,113,000
NWTS - 1,445,000

I shouldn't have to even type that man. Nobody in their right mind thinks Jay-Z :flabbynsick: is better than Drake in 2014. Go to sleep.

According to the scoreboard..about a million more people would rather hear that, than save a hoe anthems, "payback on the high school bullies that bulllied me, by makin em go thru security clearance" anthems, and being a poor man's Jay Z by trying to be as bragodocious as him but coming short :mjpls:
