50 really got three known albums too. And Nas was never that big of a seller

And let’s keep it real, out of the 100 names on that list, only 15 are really 25+ years deep

It's mostly new rappers and singers

Only rappers on that list I can see putting up decent numbers 15 from now are Drake and Kendrick
This ain't about sales though, it's about listenership. 50 sold way more records than Pop Smoke for example but that doesn't mean nikkas is still bumpin his shyt compared to Smoke

True, it just means that causal fans don't think their music has a lot replay value

Pop Smoke is a new artist tho, compare him with his peers

How is Summer Walker #89? Breh tried to tell me yesterday that she's a huge star and used the fact that her album has been on the charts for a 150+ weeks to support the argument, yet she's being outstreamed by artists who have been off the grid for years.
Nikka what the fukk?

Being a top 100 streaming artist this year across all genres is a huge accomplishment

Breh, she's #89. And what's crazy is that it's pretty backwards when posters are in here questioning why Travis Scott is so low and he ain't had an album in four years is at #50 yet still above Summer Walker.

If we go that route, 2Pac is outstreaming living artists who just recently put out albums who are also on the list. He's also out streaming Summer Walker who has an album that has been on the charts for 150 weeks.
2Pac is in a once in a lifetime iconic artist how is that surprising

2Pac’s Greatest Hits is on the Billboard 200 nearly 500 weeks

I don’t think you get this at all man

Travis is much bigger than Summer he is one of the biggest rap rock stars for Gen Z era

Astroworld has been on the charts for 218 weeks and he got old songs constantly getting streamed he has songs with 1B views

How is that surprising :heh:

So is Biggie. So is Dre. So is Snoop. So is Jay. None of them are on the list. Maybe, it's not me who doesn't get it.
