Really? I've been actively looking. The converse, I see all the time. Whenever a girl is hating on Drake, I check her profile pic and.......everything makes sense.

I was placed in the red over the weekend for going against the Drake hate herd-mentality. Fast and furious.

The Drake hate herd mentality is how a lot of these posters find love on The Coli. Without it, they'd be just another shytty, ignored poster. You'll get used to seeing and identifying them quickly.

with that said, you can't really hate on another person's looks if we don't know what you look like

But so many of the posters here are 90s rap zealots who came of age during that rap period so basically Drake represents everything they think rap is not

nah ive listened to drake .. dont put words in my mouth tramp
hes good but shouldnt get any type of credit for using disney channel slash canadian slash jewish money to form a platform .. to have other people write his and produce his records... it tells alot about music culture in general that it can even happen. But we laugh at people actually doing music. People's livlihoods are nothing to mess around with on a fandom level, certain people dont take phony shyt too lightly and misdirection could get you fukked up.

I cant air guitar a van halen solo on stage and take credit for it fake shyt can only last so long. If Drake would actually sit and write his own music he would be dope, hes got everything it takes besides talent

none of this has anything to do with the quality of his music though.

Even if Drake wrote 100% of his material and wasn't a Jewish teen actor, I'd still find 95% of his discography skippable and absolutely underwhelming.

i agree for the most part.... but I listened to his first album drunk last summer and it wasnt bad, I just knew he didnt have much say in making it. I knew the first album would be alright compared to the rest ..... MY DUDE- have you noticed with these newschool cats too, that they cant name songs for shyt??? there should be a thread on that. Like these rappers cant even rap, and when its time to name a song.. they dont know what to call it, cause they dont even know what they are doing. Naming shyt like "Easter Pink" "Hamburger Helper" "Discovery Zone"

To be fair though, Drake stans certainly aren't help their cause either. Drake is a very talented guy, writers or not, and he wouldn't be able to get to where he is off pure luck and connections. The problem is that if you're claiming to be the best rapper alive, yet you have people in the back writing for you, of course we're going to feel a certain way over it. Regardless of Meek's intentions, the fact is that he revealed the reference tracks exist. They're out there. Now, whatever conclusion you arrive at is up to you. Am I saying the man never wrote a rhyme a day in his life? No, far from it. But had this happen to any other rapper, we would've sent him out back for execution. And that's the truth.

Could you imagine the shyt storm that would occur if this had happened to Kendrick? And on the flip side, could you imagine if this had happened to someone like Tyga? Both instances aren't a good look, but it's a huge deal if it'd happen to Kendrick because we hold Kendrick to a certain standard, just like the culture did Drake. The only reason why Drake is coming out of this clean is because he can pump out hits. Soon as that well starts to dry up, it won't be so funny anymore.
