WOW at the off key singing :scust:
Seriously. I can't listen to One Dance all the way through breh.

Could Drakes singing get him through those OG American Idol auditions? Serious question to those who find his singing bareable.

I could see him getting a Yes from Paula but thats it.

Theres a few tracks of his singing I can stand but overall dudes just not very good at all. Shame cause he's a damn good rapper.

I listened to this album twice yesterday and once today... all in the car. I likened this album to Hospital food... Bland more often or than not but occasionally you get surprised by something decent or fairly good. This is a Toronto album...period... so those in T.Dot...it's all yours. For the rest of us...drink a Red Bull before driving on a road trip to this album because it drags often and you'll find yourself forgetting it's on at times. There are some really really bad lyrics in a majority of the songs...rap, r&b and other.

1. Keep the Family Close [it's tooooooo long and isn't a good song to open the album with. That Chrysler/Bentley line was a jumbled mess] 2/5
2. 9 [decent but following track 1 it still doesn't pick up the pace.] 3/5
3. U With Me? [Ugh...I feel like he only did a DMX sample because of Meek....last i remember DMX don't really like him like that] 3/5
4. Feel No Ways [ Nah... this track sucks...from beat and etc...it's very skip-able] 1/5
5. Hype [The beat is nice...but the track is lacking. It's one of those tracks that if I was still DJin' I'd use just to transition to another similar song] 3/5
6. Weston Road Flows [ Pretty good...one of the better tracks on the album. I still found myself tuning into Mary J singing bc that's one of my favorite tracks by her] 4/5
7. Redemption [ Sounds like Ty Dolla wrote it...esp. the chorus and 2nd verse...beat makes song salvageable but after a few listens...skip status] 2/5
8. With You [ Garbage. One of the whiniest songs I've heard....mad bytchmade "I'm with you right now! girl where are you going? Yuuuuuuuuewwe"] 1/5
9. Faithful [ He wasted a Pimp C verse for no reason on this one. Beat is banging though. Don't care for his verses but the chorus is chill... & dvsn outshined Drake on this track] 3.5/5
10. Still Here [ Sucks... sounds like Mo-G, Kodak Black and that Tuesday muthafukka wrote this] 1/5
11. Controlla [ Beat is good...taking Popcann off of this takes away from it in a major way.] 2.5/5
12. One Dance [ Good track but the features make the song along with the beat. Drake's Tropical House [:smh:] vibe isn't good. Riri must have really put it on him] 3.5/5
13. Grammys [I wanna like this song...but again Drake sounds out of place on this song. I also get the feeling this was a Future {meaning he wrote it all} song that drake asked for] 3/5
14. Childs Play [ Beat makes it listenable but Drake is forgettable, horrible lines and waste the beat something serious] 2.5/5
15. Pop Style [ Terrible... and lets be honest...he took Kanye and Jay off because he knew his verse was horrible so he tried to put a better one on it] 1.5/5
16. Too Good [ Decent ... nothing great or bad about this track...again Riri must have sucked his soul out in the bedroom and she washed him on the track] 3/5
17. Summers Over Interlude [ The production on this is top notch but lets be honest here ... the vocals suck ass. He struggles to hit mid and high notes...fukks it up] 2.5/5
18. Fire & Desire [Good beat...basic Drake lyrics. Sounds like PND penned it...but it's too hollow and drags along...not really good] 2/5
19. Views [Best song on the album. Everything actually works on this track...beat, samples and him rapping works...even though he tries to fukk it up in the 2nd verse] 4/5
20. Hotline Bling [Never liked this track and it's only on there so the streams and etc count for the album] 2/5

Overall 50/100

I'm positive that Drake will release some other b.s. to compensate for the mixed reception of this album.

Sounds like old Drake trying to do what he's been doing in recent years but with something missing...probably writers. 09/010 Drake is here again, the corny TML era Drake lines are here in abundance with the basic talk rap flows, and he's got a lot of 'going thru her phone, pillow talkin with the women that are screwing you accidentally exposing my bytch nikka ways' moments on there too. Leads me to believe that the influence of 'others' was heavy in the TC-IYRTITL era.

I completely agree cause this sounds like all him after having help for years which would result in no personal progression in terms of ability or subtance.
