Yes it's uncommon.

Only ppl that supposed to be in your song credits are the rappers the producers and the artists sampled.

I don't understand why you Drake fans have such disdain for Quentin Miller. What did he do that was so bad?

Drake came to him and used his hooks and bars. QM gave him "Know Yourself" which was Drake's most popular song of the Spring. He gave him "10 Bands" which got more radio play than any other song on that CD

Most the lines people were reciting was shyt Quentin wrote

QM isn't a great performer or rapper himself. But he is obviously a good writer, if he wasn't why else would Drake have him writing for him?

It's just weird that Drake fans are so dismissive of Quentin when all he did was help your favorite rapper.... Y'all ungrateful

I dont hate Quentin. In fact I was rootin for him to get a buzz but its jus pretty apparent he jus sucks at rappin now so I dont rly give a shyt about dude.

He did give Drake some nice hooks and a few lines(that only total up to like one verse if u combine all of em together). But thats all we know that he did for Drake and I just think its kind of not rly rational for u guys to try to discredit evrything Drake has done and does rn.(not sayin Drake hasnt worked wit him or any other person on other stuff, thats totally plausible and actually likely).

Even the greatest rappers of all time from Nas to Jay to Snoop have all had hooks or lines or songs given to them that we kno of. Thats jus part of being a working artist. But at the end of the day no one will ever try to claim the aforementioned artists rnt responsible for the bulk of heat theyve put out as rappers. So why yall tryna do that wit Drake now?

Hell people making lil jon look lyrical. these auto lil wayne clones can't hold a candle to 2002-2005 lil jon. there has a always been that type of music....but most of this stuff sounds lazy and misses the mark.
