like I said early in this thread. if his lawsuit is successful him and every gang associated rapper will be penalized in return by venues and event organizers by not being booked anymore. a win means that venues are now liable for having gang affiliated performers so they will just not book them. the effects would be felt industry wide... there goes their largest income source.

Drakeo already has a charge for gang conspiracy wether he was in a gang or not so Ralfy in his lawsuit will be looked at as a gang member not someone that was just a victim of gang violence. You have to see how the optics will play out in court. they won't be viewed merely as victims because they were outnumbered.

U speaking facts brehh I’m just speaking on the fact from what I’ve seen drakeo nem was trying their best to avoid the gang shyt at first until the beefs popped off but like you said u can’t even be loosely affiliated or around that shyt but how u do that in a gang city. Faxx. I think all that time locked in confinement and shyt fukked him up too. A lot of rappers be getting locked then come back on some mad aggressive/negative shyt. I done noticed a handful of rappers get locked and get out and the content in their music and just the way they move in general get way more violent and sinister after doing time . Which sadly makes sense .
