Channing Frye barely saw the floor last year in the Finals(for good reason, I'm still mad that time he rotated to double Iguodala to leave Steph Curry open) and he was shootin incredible from 3 for the playoffs.

So it is possible, not likely, but possible.

Frye can play against teams that can be overwhelmed by the Cavs offense. Tristan needs all the minutes at center against the Warriors so Channing's minutes got cut. That an he's arguably the worst defender on the team at a crucial position in that series, and he can't rebound.

I wouldn't have Korver out there without Lebron on the court but Bron seems to be logging heavy minutes anyway.
Lue could probably have bron play point center with 4 shooters surrounding him when GS goes small.

But vs Cavs is the only series where GS won't have THE best player on the court so anything is possible.
Of corse they can,but that wasn't my point.Green's calling out the cavs for not having any competition. But yet,the the warriors sweeped Portland, and even won one game without Durant. Then sweeped a injury riddled utah team who's best player would be 5th best on GS.Green is in no position to talk about competition.GS won 73 games last season, then signed the 2nd best player in the world.

Who's Curry's matchup? Guess he wont play in the finals :skip:

Curry is an average or slightly above-average defender. And he has great defenders in Klay, Iggy, Durant, and Dray to back him up.

Korver was one of the worst defenders at his position in the entire NBA this year. And he's on a team that also has to account for Kyrie/D-Will at one position and Love/Frye or someone else slow at another.

Korver will play, but it ain't all that easy to slot him in on this team with the Cav defense as bad as it's been.

Don't do this fasi, especially when your PG circa 2005-2012 was THE WORSE defender in basketball. Awesome comparing korver and curry is foolish. Curry is top 5 and a game changer. Korver is a great shooter that relies on lebron to get him shots

I'm just trying to figure it all out...

If Kyrie > Curry
And Bron > KD
And Love > Dray

Then how exactly are the Warriors the favorite???:skip:

best players in a possible GS / CLE finals matchup

1. Lebron
2. KD
3. Steph
4. Kyrie
5. Klay
6. Love
7. Draymon
8. Iggy
9. Livingston
10. Thompson

warriors have 6 of the best 10 players plus home court it's a wrap

You right fam.

I'm sure that if Steph, KD, and Dray get smoked by Kyrie, Bron, and Love everything will be alllllllll good as long as Zaza outplays Tristan Thompson and Iguodala locks down Korver.

The fukk was I thinking?:mjlol:
The big question is who's gonna check Crawford, Kennedy and Zarba? :jbhmm:
