Dolan has shown several old slave owner tactics in this past week too. Trotting out LJ and Spreewell as good House Negroes is a classic move. Manipulating Spree like that was especially egregious. At least LJ is a known, respected face around MSG. Nobody seen Spree in years. He was used specifically as a pawn to help put Oak "in his place", and Dolan preyed on Spree's lack of acceptance and probable lack of money, in getting him to participate in this divide and conquer bullsh*t
I know Spree needs the dough but he didn't have to show up

I disagree.
There is no slave master mentality at all in a owner not liking criticism.
Dolan has shown he is thin skinned, but he has no obligation to Oakley to let him attend games for free or to act well to criticism.
He has no professional or business relationship with him.

I think this is a poor use of the "slave master" bs.
To be honest Dolan is acting no different than MJ treated Barkley after Barkley criticized how he ran Charlotte, MJ cut him off completely. Is that a slave master mentality?

Greens an idiot :mjlol:

Dolan is an egomaniacal spoiled vindicative ahole to everyone.

Also I know everyone hates Dolan and loves Oak as do I but the way Oak is the victim here is crazy.

Forget names so u can see how dumb this is.

let's just say guy A asks guy B for a job. Guy B says no so guy A for the next few years talks a ton of shyt about guy B including physically threatening him and saying he wants to poidion his food

Guy A then shows up to where guy B works continues to ramble then they get security guards and he attacks them yet guy A is the victim

MJ cut off all contact with him, which is my point. Barkley goes to arenas because of his job, it would be hard to do what dolan did to oakly if oak was there working with TNT.
Seems you are suffering from a problem of oversimplification.

Fact is Dolan has a right to kick oakley out and deny him entry. He even has the right to personally insult Oakley.
What he did is no different than what Snyder did in washington to people who criticized the redskins like denying media credentials or firing people and personally attacking folks.

There is a difference a very real difference, in what Dolan did regarding Oak and him beefing, and say what Gilbert did to LeBron after he left, talking like he was entitled to the work of LeBron and entitle to make money off of him.

How is Jordan cutting off Barkley a slave owner mentality? Why would it even be considered a slave owner mentality?? I'm not sure why you typed all of those words
