So I'm skimming this thread and all I see is a WHOLE BUNCH OF STUPID and I'm certain most of it is intentional.
I would like to point out a few of these instances for shaming purposes...
Because its a portable with an HDMI out
I would think that if they don’t go full pc soon 3rd parties will stop porting games for their hardware, there’s just no point unless they get a gamepass deal
This is the equivalent of a Coli Cac post.
"All 3rd parties love xbox!" Cause I said so"
Does anybody know wtf he's talking about here
You’d rather believe the cacs in the op cause they said so
That's the immediate thought of anyone with intelligence...
"You must agree with the title cause you're calling out bullshyt another poster posted!"
Folks can't help themselves.
I could say cookies are good and nikka would post "why don't you like muffins tho"
Where does that say that 3rd parties are making more money and have safer investments?
Look at this goof demanding a tweet they posted say something he thinks we want said.... but the very first point actually does say what he'saying
{My nikkaZ, you can't make this shyt up

}
If you click on the tweet since the whole thing doesn't show (for me at least)
1. Xbox’s third-party support is stronger than ever. You can see that through Game Pass deals, relationships with Square, Sega etc… There's no evidence at all of people walking away from Xbox (quite the opposite)
2. This part of the podcast was really to point out the transitional challenge Xbox has in keeping publishers happy with the Xbox console, while pushing their multi-format strategy. I don’t believe for a second we’re going to see many companies (if any) move away from Xbox, despite what a few might be grumbling in private. The whole industry strategy is multi-platform.
3. Ultimately, I believe Xbox’s strategy is great. It’s just there's a transitonal challenge they need to manage. But they can do it. Xbox + Game Pass is still one of the best value deals you can get in video games.
So you guys can't even find real tweets to support your lies, you have to keep things
MANDATORY!!! and create narratives like you always have done
I said it's a hybrid. First of it's kind.
So then the Turbo Express from 1990 didn't also connect to TV?
The Sega Game Gear had a TV Tuner that allowed you to play on TV
Even Nintendo made several adapters for the Gameboy to be played on TV's. with the last one being the nintendo Gameboy player
Nintendo's core customer is markedly different than PlayStation's core customer and the parts of their audience that overlap don't care about buying both pieces of hardware. What one company does doesn't really impact the other much. They each dominate their target demographic.
There is no targets really. Nintendo makes games that are universally friendly for the most part. They have a lane and they thrive in it but what they always struggled with was maintaining the mainstream audiences. Mainly because they was too family friendly. Mortal Kombat, I remember Sonya and Kano fatalities

Then the Genesis version which looked and played worse.. but it had blood and gore
But since Nintendo was the early leader out the clubhouse, GENESIS DOES WHAT NINTENDON'T is basically what any gaming company has to do because they can't compete straight up. Plus Nintendo left that mainstream door open. When they tried to close it? It didn't work, they not really good at making games that are not designed with general audiences at the center.
Now Sony and Microsoft have been battling for that but in terms of gamers as a whole? Well, then we can look at PC and Mobile and see there's 100x more gamers out there than what people think. And what's crazy is PC and Mobile are secondary to consoles in terms of developers in gaming. Now devs realize they can make more money if they focus on a global outlook. So that's the new battlegrounds. What isn't said much is that the PC space with its vast userbase... still isn't a place Devs go to get rich. Gaming on PC was niche up until the last decade or so. Yes there are games that sold well, but most mainstream games didnt' even come to PC until recently. I still don't like the idea of a PC for gaming. I want a dedicated machine that plays games. So the Xbox PC/Console will be as Rekka said.. A Hybrid

And it'll have a handheld version as well. I don't expect them to replace Nintendo. But I do expect them to make more money from both markets (PC/General Audience crowd) and all of this combined I think they'll be profitable with the highest ceiling. They've invested too much for it to be anything less. IF it is less, then its a failure and these Sony Stans can rejoice I guess. TBC...
